But before this can happen, a lot of partners have to be convinced, funds have to be raised, sponsors have to be attained, artists have to be inspired, politicians have to be reminded of their commitments to contemporary art, and everybody who evokes the impression that the laws of the so called free economic market are laws of nature that can't be removed, even when there implementation kills people or ruins there existence, have to be declared as criminals.
