Born 1982 in Krems an der Donau. Studied jazz piano and composition, MA course in Music for Film & Media. Works as composer and musician for theatre works by Klaus Maria Brandauer, Jaqueline Kornmüller, netzzeit, Paulus Manker, Michael Sturminger and Felix Hafner. Member of the Vienna Soul Band 5/8erl in Ehr'n, as well as founder and artistic director of the JazzWerkstatt Wien. Four times winner of the Amadeus Austrian Music Awards. Wenger composed the music for LIEBE HOCH 16, RE:PLAY and will be part in a project of 2021 out of control. clemenswenger  

Sterk

Norbert Sterk

Vienna-born Norbert Sterk studied piano, contrabass and composition at the Conservatory and philosophy, musicology and theatre studies at the University of Vienna. In addition to his work as a certified speech therapist, he is one of the artistic directors of the Vienna ensemble "Reconsil" since 2017. His compositions are performed worldwide. The multiple prize winner received a composition commission from netzzeit for the project "Alles kann passieren. Eine Chorprobe" within the framework of 21OOC funded by the SKE.

Amir

Ibrahim Amir

Ibrahim Amir was born in Syria. He had to break off his studies in theatre and media studies for political reasons. In 2002 he came to Vienna and began studying medicine, which he successfully completed. He has received several awards for his literary work. In 2009 he was awarded with the Exil - Literaturpreis for "In jener Nacht schlief sie tief", in 2013 the premiere of his play "Habe die Ehre" was awarded with Nestroy Theaterpreis for "Best Off-Production". In 2015 the world premiere of "Stirb, bevor du stirbst" in Cologne (invited to the Autorentheatertage Berlin), in 2017 the world premiere of "Homohalal" at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden and the world premiere of "Heimwärts" again at the Schauspiel Köln took place. In 2017 he wrote the play LIEBE HOCH 16 for netzzeit and he will also be part of the 2021 out of control.

Lukas Meschik

Lukas Meschik

Lukas Meschik, geboren 1988 in Wien, debütierte 2009 mit dem Roman 'Jetzt die Sirenen' - Teilnahme am Europäischen Festival des Debütromans in Kiel. Es folgten der Erzählband 'Anleitung zum Fest' (2010) und der Roman 'Luzidin oder Die Stille' (2012). Er ist Mitglied der Grazer Autoren Versammlung, erhielt 2012 den Literatur-Förderpreis der Stadt Wien und 2013 den Titel Kitzbüheler Stadtschreiber. Anschließend erschienen die Romane 'Über Wasser' (2017), 'Die Räume des Valentin Kemp' (2018) und 'Vaterbuch' (2019). Im Sommer 2019 nahm er bei den 43. Tagen der deutschsprachigen Literatur teil. Nach drei Alben als Sänger, Texter und Gitarrist der Band Filou, ist er jetzt Frontmann seines neuen Musikprojekts Moll. 2017 beteiligte er sich an dem Netzzeit-Theaterprojekt RE:PLAY – Our game Your choice als Komponist, Musiker und Darsteller. Bei „701 Britische Teelöffel – Viva la Muerte!“ wirkte er in der Textentwicklung mit.

Shira Karmon

The Israeli soprano has performed in Europe at various opera houses and festivals, including the Staatstheater Saarbrücken, Teatro comunale di Bolzano, Opera National du Rhin, Verbier, and many more. Her roles include "Mimi" in La Bohème, the "Countess" in Figoor's Wedding and "Donna Elvira" in Don Giovanni. As a concert singer she has performed in (inter)national concert halls. Her repertoire includes parts from Stravinsky's "Les Noces" to Beethoven's Choral Phantasy, the Sephardic Lied, and special programmes with Paul Gulda. Among other awards, she received the prize for the best interpretation of Israeli music in Israel. After a successful collaboration in "Whatever Works" 2015, netzzeit is pleased to announce that Karmon is now also involved in "One Way". Karmon

Glazer

Dan Glazer

Dan Glazer studied acting at the Otto-Falckenberg School in Munich until 2013 and has been working in theatre and in front of the camera ever since. The Viennese-born actor counts his work at the Münchner Kammerspiele, his time in the ensemble of the Theater Konstanz and the production of "The Little Prince" at the Bavarian State Opera among his most formative experiences. He was most recently seen on television in "Das Wunder von Wörgl". As Christoph, he will take part in the netzzeit production "One Way" in autumn 2021. Dan Glazer

Sienczak

Lara Sienczak

They was born in Wuppertal in 1993. Until 2019 she studied acting at the Music and Art Private University of the City of Vienna. During her studies, Lara played the role of Sophie Scholl in “Die weiße Rose” (director/text: Petra Wüllenweber) at the Theater der Jugend Wien, for which they was awarded the Nestroy in the category "Best Newcomer" in 2018. Engagements followed at the Schauspielhaus Graz, WERK X, Kosmos Theater Vienna, Neue Bühne Villach and the Bregenz Festival. In Autumn 21 Lara will be seen on stage in the netzzeit-production "One Way".

Berisha

Gëzim Berisha

The Austrian baritone, born in Kosovo in 1984, studied opera singing at the Konservatorium Wien and graduated in 2015. He lives as a freelance singer in Vienna, where he regularly performes at concerts. He has appeared on stage in numerous Mozart operas, most recently in "Die Zauberflöte" (Vienna Konzerthaus 2017). He has also performed roles in Dirk d'Ase's contemporary opera "Azrael" (Wien Modern, 2012), Rossini's opera "Il Viaggio a Reims" (Wiener Muth, 2014), Puccini's "La Boheme" and Leoncavallo's "I Pagliacci" (both "Wir sind Wien Festival", 2015/2016). He made his operetta debut as Dr. Falke from "Die Fledermaus" in Schloss Hof (2015). He also appeared in this role in Vienna and at the Immling Festival (D) in 2019. In the netzzeit production "One Way" he will be on stage as Bernhard in autumn 2021. 

Guseynova

Mara Guseynova

Born in Azerbaijan, the soprano already as a teenager surprised audiences and critics with the beauty of her voice. During her training, she repeatedly performed on stage at the Baku Philharmonic with the State Chamber Orchestra and the Youth Symphony Orchestra. After successfully graduating from the Music College in Baku in 2015, she was accepted at the Music and Art Private University of Vienna. The prize-winner of international competitions lives in Vienna and St. Petersburg. In Vienna she has already performed in many productions, among others in C.W. Gluck's opera "L'ivrogne corrige" in the role of Maria. She has also gained stage experience internationally, most recently in Los Angeles and at the Slovak Philharmonic in Bratislava. She has an extensive solo repertoire, which includes works by Bach, Mozart, Donizetti, Rimski-Korsakow and Tschaikowksy, as well as by Schubert, Schumann and Wolf. In Autumn she will be part of the netzzeit-production "One Way". Guseynova

Johannes Sautner

He was born in Vienna in 1995. After graduating from high school, he first moved to New York, where he took acting lessons at the Herbert Berghof Studio and gained his first stage experience. Back in Vienna, he completed his training at the Krauss Acting School in 2017. Since then, he has been active as an actor in the independent scene, mainly in Austria, where he has been able to gain experience with readings and in musical theatre, in addition to numerous engagements. Besides acting, singing is his second great passion. Previous stages include: Scala Vienna, Werk X Petersplatz, Off-Theater, Theater Spielraum, Stadttheater Mödling, Theater Forum Schwechat, Bandhaus Theater Backnang near Stuttgart and the Festspiele Schloss Tillysburg. In autumn 2021 he will be part of the netzzeit-production “One Way”. Sautner

Rainer Doppler

Born and raised in Vienna, trained as an actor at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, graduated in 1990. Afterwards 10 years of theatre in Germany with permanent engagements in Kiel and the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern. 2000 he returned to Vienna and to work as a freelance actor at the Drachengasse Theatre, Kosmostheater, Theater der Jugend Wien, TAG, Dschungel, Theater Scala, Theater Hamakom, among others. Continuous collaboration with Ursula Reisenberger and the ortszeit collective in the field of site-specific theatre. From 2010 to 2012 ensemble member at the Landestheater Niederösterreich. Recently increased work for film, radio and television. Co-founder of Vitamins Of Society and performer at the 1st Austrian Drama Slam. In November 2021 he will take part in the netzzeit production "One Way".

Buitenhuis

Nicolaas Buitenhuis

Born in the Netherlands, he completed his training at the Vienna Musical School. He had engagements at the Steirischer Herbst, the Schloss-Spiele Kobersdorf and the Salzburg Festival. In Vienna he often played at the Theater Center Forum (including “Die Mausefalle”, “Tod am Nil”), in the OFF Theater (“My body is a cage, Klimt”), and in the Arche Theater (“Anstoß” - nominated for the Nestroy Prize 2019 for the best Off-theatre-production, “Die Schamlosen”). In Addition Nicolaas is also active as a speaker.

Liepina

Anete Liepina

After taking singing classes in Riga, Latvian soprano Anete Liepina studied voice at MDW and operetta at MUK in Vienna. Since 2012 she has performed in operettas, operas and musicals on various stages across Europe. She landed her first soloist role at the Latvian National Opera as Schwatzbase in Benjamin Britten's children's opera Noah's Flood. From that moment on she appeared regularly on stage both as an actress and as a soloist, among others at the Haus von Hofmannsthal, the Lehár Schlössl, the Musikverein as well as in performances at the Vienna Theatre TAG, where she embodied Franzi in the Oscar Straus operetta "Ein Walzertraum". Other roles such as Fanny in "Der Fidele Bauer" followed and confirmed her passion. In 2021 she also enriches the project "Kismet and Masen" with her singing talent.

Reconsil

Ensemble Reconsil

Reconsil was founded in 2002 as ensemble reconsil wien by Alexander Wagendristel, Roland Freisitzer and Thomas Heinisch and is now recognized as one of Austria’s leading ensembles for contemporary music. In it’s beginnings, the ensemble attracted attention by innovative concert cycles dedicated to performing in Austria rarely heard music (“Reconsil goes East” – including the countries Macedonia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria; and “Reconsil goes Europe” with a.o. Italy, France, Great Britain and Spain) along with music by Austrian composers. Schneider

Michael Schneider

Born in Salzburg, he began his musical career at the Mozarteum with piano and voice. He graduated in choral and orchestral conducting from the University of Music and Performing Arts, where he received a teaching position in 2020. He is artistic director of the Chorus Viennensis and director of the Interpunkt Ensemble. Since 2017 he has also been the choral director of the Klosterneuburg Opera. As a guest, he has performed with the RSO Vienna, Gdansk Philharmonic Orchestra, Ensemble Neue Streicher and the Vienna Tonkunstvereinigung. He also accompanied the Vienna Symphony Orchestra as assistant to Philipp Jordan on their China tour, works intensively with the Salzburg Bach Choir and has already been engaged by festivals such as "Dialoge" of the Mozarteum Foundation, the Salzburg " Sommer- und Pfingstfestspiele" and for the ORF television production Winterklang.

Florian Klenk

Vienna-born Florian Klenk is a lawyer, investigative journalist and author. After a long period as head of department (politics) at Hamburger Zeit, he leads the editorial board of the Austrian weekly newspaper Falter together with Armin Thurnher since 2012. Klenk has already received several awards, especially for his journalistic work. He has published books with Zsolnay and Falter Verlag, including the book “Alles kann passieren” which was staged at the Burgtheater in 2018 and will be updated for 21OOC in cooperation with netzzeit.

Rabinovici

Doron Rabinovici

Doron Rabinovici, born in Tel Aviv in 1961, grew up in Vienna, is a writer and historian. His work includes short stories, novels and scientific contributions. In Austria he has repeatedly taken a prominent position against racism and anti-semitism. He has received several awards for his work. In 2018 he brought the drama collage "Alles kann passieren" based on an idea by journalist Florian Klenk, onto the stage of the Burgtheater, which will be further developed for 21OOC in cooperation with netzzeit. rabinovici

Interpunkt

Ensemble Interpunkt

The Ensemble Interpunkt was founded in 2021 by conductor Michael Schneider. The musical director thus followed his long-standing wish to found a professional ensemble in order to be able to present innovative and new concepts of concert programming. In the future, one of the ensemble's major concerns will be to dramaturgically stage the connection between music and architecture in their concerts: as an interplay of interval and rhythm in acoustic space, of ground plan, spatial relationship and light. The Ensemble Interpunkt consists exclusively of professional singers whose skills and musicality allow them to concentrate fully on the fine nuances of phrasing, articulation and harmony as a unified body of sound. The netzzeit/Wien Modern production "Anything can happen. A choir rehearsal" will be performed in collaboration with Ensemble Interpunkt in November 2021.

Katrin Targo

The Estonian soprano began her musical education at the age of 5. In addition to piano studies, she studied singing and opera in Estonia. After a year of teaching, she continued her vocal studies in Vienna. The multiple prize-winner gained her first opera experience as a member of renowned choirs. She made her opera debut as a soloist as Hänsel in Humperdinck's "Hänsel und Gretel" at the Estonian Puppet Theatre. Numerous gala concerts and engagements followed among others in Estonia, Finland and Vienna. As a sought-after soprano in the field of oratorio and church music, she can regularly be heard in churches. Her repertoire also includes operetta literature and Wienerlied. Thomas Diestler

The Austrian countertenor Thomas Diestler made his debut at the Munich Biennale in the “Gasteig München”. Engagements have taken him to the Bavarian State Opera in Munich, the Bayerische Staatsoper München, Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel, Aalto Theater Essen, Staatstheater Nürnberg, Wiener Konzerthaus, Tonhalle Zürich, Hallenser und Schwetzinger Festspiele, Barockfestival Bury St. Edmunds (GB) and the Britten Theatre in London. In addition to the baroque repertoire, his main focus is on world premieres and works of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Evert Sooster

He is a freelance artist and has been performing as a basso cantante for almost 20 years in well-known opera houses around Europe and Russia. He studied singing and acting in St. Petersburg and in Vienna. In addition to his activities as a singer, theatre and film actor, he is also active as a singing teacher. In 2015 he founded a singing studio in Bad Vöslau. He has celebrated engagements at the Salzburg Festival, the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki, the Opera National de Marseille, and many others. Klaus Lang

Klaus Lang was born in Graz in 1971 and lives in Steirisch Lassnitz. He studied composition and theory of music and organ. Along numerous commissions from renowned festivals for new music, Lang wrote musical theater works for national and international opera and theater companies. In addition to his work as a composer, Lang is an organist of old, new and improvised music and publishes articles in music magazines. Lang received the commission to compose for the netzzeit production “Der Besuch vom kleinen Tod”, funded by the Ernst von Siemens music foundation and the SKE. klaus-lang

PHACE

PHACE has been active in the contemporary music scene for many years, and is one of the most innovative and versatile Austrian ensembles for new music. Alongside the focus on classical contemporary chamber music, the artistic range reaches from music theatre productions all the way to multidisciplinary projects comprising dance, theatre, performance, electronics, video, DJs, turntablists, installation art, and many more. In 2019 PHACE brought the music of Roberto Rusconi in "Dionysos Rising" and of Arturo Fuentes in "701 Britische Teelöffel" to life and will continue to work with netzzeit in "The visit from little Death" in 2021. Jasmin Steffl

Was born and raised in Vienna, where she studied contemporary and classical dance at the Music and Art University of Vienna. Since then she has worked as a teacher in the field of dance for children and young adults and has been active as a performer, choreographer and assistant director since 2012. Her artistic work includes several projects with national and international artists. In "The visit of little Death" she plays brave Elisewin.

Rino Indiono

Rino Indiono

Rino Indrawan Indiono was born in 1987 in Depok, Indonesia. He studied Contemporary Dance Pedagogy at the Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität, is a three-time prize winner of the Fidelio Competition of the Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität (2010, 2012, 2013) and has participated in numerous dance and performance projects worldwide. Since the season 2013/14 he has been a member of the Dschungel Wien team of artists and has participated in many productions. In addition, he is the director of the TanzClub for young people aged 13+ at Dschungel Wien. Together with the Dschungel Wien dancers Maartje Pasman and Steffi Jöris he was awarded the STELLA14 - Darstellender.Kunst.Preis in the category "Herausragende darstellerische Leistung". He plays the leading role Kleiner Tod in the netzzeit production "Der Besuch vom kleinen Tod".

Michael Welz

The father of two, actor and director first studied art history and graduated from a master school for sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. He was born in Sweden and lives in Vienna since 1955. In the 1980s, after overcoming a traumatic speech disorder, he pursued his real passion - acting - after many years of working as a sculptor. After taking private acting classes, he founded the group Spielzeit in close cooperation with DAS OFF THEATERS and Ernst Kurt Weigel. In 2008 he became a member of the Bernhard Ensemble, whose production "Liliom.Club" (2018) was nominated for the Nestroy Theater Prize 2019. After "This is what happened in the Telephone Booth", netzzeit repeats its collaboration with Welz in "Der Besuch vom kleinen Tod" (2021). michaelwelz

Florian Haslinger

Born in Vienna, the actor completed his acting studies at the Max Reinhardt Seminar from 2009 to 2013. His work includes cooperations with directors such as Carlus Padrissa, Peter Gruber, Klaus Pohl, Rimini Protokoll, Milena Michalek, Dieter Berner and Sara Ostertag. Since 2014 he is part of the YZMA Theatre Collective with productions at Theater Drachengasse, Kosmos Theater and Landestheater Niederösterreich, where he is a permanent guest since 2016. Their joint work was awarded the Audience Prize at the Young Talent Competition at Theater Drachengasse in 2014. In 2016 and 2019 he could be seen in Adi Hirschal's Wiener Lustspielhaus. Elisabeth Schimana

Elisabeth Schimana has been working as a composer, performer and radio artist since 1983. She studied electro-acoustics and experimental music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, computermusic-composition at the IEM, Graz and musicology and ethnology at the University of Vienna. Her work concentrated for many years on space / body / electronic. She has ongoing cooperations with the Austrian Kunstradio. She also focus on research in the field of woman, art and technology. Elisabeth Schimana gives lectures and holds composition workshops all over the world. Sigrid Reisenberger

She studied music and movement pedagogy at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts. After additional dance and dance theatre training, she started working as a composer, musical director, director, choreographer, dancer and an actress in theatre for more than 25 years. She stages cross-disciplinary music education projects for the Berlin Philharmonic and the Philharmonie Luxembourg, among others. Since autumn 2019, she has been co-directing the Vienna-based Schauspielakademie Ott with Goran David, where she has also been teaching since 2014. The Acousmonium

The Acousmatic Project is an art association that has developed into a concert organisation with two acousmatic festivals per year, a specially built loudspeaker orchestra - Das Wiener Akusmonium - and many co-operations and performances by (inter-)national organisations and artists, founded by Thomas Gorbach in 2007. Thomas Gorbach

Thomas Gorbach grew up in Thbg/Vlbg with the shimmering sounds of his brother's accordion, the natural sounds of the surroundings, the four bells of the local Catholic church and the changeable sounds of a synthesizer. Roland Quitt

He is an independent dramaturg in the field of contemporary music theatre. He studied musicology, German literature and philosophy at the FU Berlin and then worked at various stages in the fields of opera and drama. As the founder of the series "visible music" and co-initiator of the worldwide competition for new music theatre "Music Theatre NOW", Quitt conceived more than 20 world premieres in the field of new music theatre, including the project "Amazonas - A Queda do Céu!" (UA) together with netzzeit for the Munich Biennale and for 13OOC. He also is going to be part of 21OOC.

Bernhard Günther

Born in Switzerland in 1970, the author, dramaturg and curator Bernhard Günther came to mica - music information centre austria in 1994 as editor of the Lexicon of Contemporary Music from Austria, where he worked as curator and deputy managing director until 2004. Since 2016 he is artistic director of the Wien Modern festival and since 2012 of the ZeitRäume Basel festival. As a passionate visitor and organiser of concerts as well as other formats, he has been intensively involved with New Music for over 25 years. Kurosaki

Aiko Kazuko Kurosaki

Dancer, choreographer and performance artist. She has lived and worked in Vienna for over 50 years, where she also studied dance and music. In addition to being artistic director for the series "Tanzwerkstatt Metropol", she was a member of the collective Cie. AIKO and assistant to Carlotta Ikeda. For Cie. AIKO she participated in numerous solo and group projects at home and abroad. She is a founding member of NOMAD.theatre and LABfactory together with Thomas J. Jelinek. Aiko realises performances, living installations, performative interventions in public space, transdisciplinary projects at the interface between the visual and performing arts. Her focus is on environmental and socially critical themes. She has won several prizes, including the Förderpreis der Freien Szene Wien 2017 and the Österreichischer Frauenring - Preis 2018. Christina Sutter

Born in Vienna in 1996. Dance lessons with Nadja Puttner and at the Performing Center Austria, among others. Completed acting training at the Elfriede Ott Academy in summer 2021. She has performed in projects including "Wohnung zu vermieten" by Johann Nestroy (Peter Gruber, 2019), "Die Möwe" by Anton Tschechow (Nina C. Gabriel & Ludwig Drahosch, film, 2020), "Utopia - Schöne neue Welt(en)" (Bruno Max, 2020), "Endlich tot - endlich keine Luft mehr" by Werner Schwab (Peter Gruber, 2021). As a performer she will be on stage in the netzzeit production "Fugen" in autumn 21.

Pete Simpson is a singer/songwriter. His diverse repertoire ranges from gospel and blues to soul, jazz and rock. He was born in England and lives in Vienna. He is a performer in the netzzeit production "Fugen".

He developed a keen interest in dance at a young age and has independently trained in street dance, hip hop and acrobatics for over 8 years. He received his first professional training at Attakkalari in Bangalore, India, where he graduated in 2019 with a degree in performing arts and multimedia. He also worked as a company dancer at Attakkalari and performed across the region. Further studies took him to Salzburg in 2019 to attend SEAD. During his training he attended workshops with Eduardo Torroja, Edivaldo Ernesto, Isaac Spencer and many more. In 2021 he was part of the Salzburger Festspiele as a dancer in the performance "Intolleranza 1960" by Luigi Nono. He is currently working on several other projects in contemporary art to broaden his interests and knowledge. For the project "Fugen" netzzeit was able to win him as a performer.

Knall

Adele Knall

Works as a visual artist, musician and radio producer. While studying cultural and social anthropology, she founded, among others, the radio format "50Hz", which received the Radio Prize for Adult Education in 2017. She works with graphics, animated film, performance, space and sound, among others. She studied jazz in Vienna and at the Academy of Fine Arts, where she was a student assistant for artistic animation film in 2019 and has been teaching in the sound department since 2017. As co-founder of Sounds Queer? she explores, discovers and communicates electronic sounds and synthesizer building. Since 2020, she has co-curated the “Blöden Dritten Mittwoch”, as well as Kaffee Adele, and is co-founder of Echoraeume. As part of 21 OUT OF CONTROL, she is involved in the project "Fugen". Adele

Klaus Filip

He is a musician, sound artist and programmer. His artistic work is based on a continuous exploration of the computer as a musical instrument. He runs a software project called ppooll, a networkable library of various (program) modules that is used as freeware by improvising musicians worldwide. He teaches at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and was co-organiser of the interdisciplinary festival reheat at the Kleylehof in Nickelsdorf until 2015. He is currently organising the Lindabrunn symposium together with other artists. In “Fugen” he is responsible for picture directing / MAX/MSP programming. Klaus Filip

Leitner

Philip Leitner

Philip Leitner is an Austrian musician and computer artist, born 1981 in Graz. He uses both piano and everyday objects to generate sound, combining real-time computer post-processing, microsounds and prepared piano. His compositions are aleatoric in nature; he describes his works as procedures, not in sounds or notes. Leitner performs solo and with numerous (inter-)national artists from a wide range of backgrounds. In addition to picture directing, he is responsible for the network programming in "Fugen".

Venus

Peter Venus

Peter Venus was born in Dresden. He studied sound engineering in London and at the Graz University of the Arts, as well as experimental music at University College Cork. For many years, he has played a major role in shaping a wide variety of installations, productions, performances and concerts as a sound director, sound and media artist and sound and video master. The focus of his interest is on immersive media design as well as electronic music and performance practice in the context of contemporary music. In addition to his freelance work, he has been working as a sound and video master at the Kunstuniversität Graz since 2012, where he has collaborated with Miller Puckette, Curtis Roads and Agostino di Scipio, among others, as well as with renowned ensembles and soloists.

Taisiya Albani

The mezzo-soprano received her vocal training in St. Petersburg and Vienna, two cities where she has already gained much stage experience. In 2016, she sang the alto solo in Sergei Rachmaninov's all-night vigil " Das große Abend- und Morgenlob " at the Wiener OsterKlang festival under Johannes Hiemetsberger. At a guest performance of the Seefestspiele Mörbisch in Daegu (Korea), the singer took the stage as Orlofsky in the operetta "Die Fledermaus". In 2018 she was a scholarship holder of the George London Stiftung | Freunde der Wiener Staatsoper. She also celebrated an engagement as an alto at the Theater St. Gallen in 2019 - 2020, where she takes part as a vocal soloist. Taisiya Albani

Susi Wisiak

The dancer, actress and performer was born in Graz and currently lives in Oslo. She completed her studies in dance education at the Vienna Conservatory. She has performed both behind the scenes and on stage in numerous (inter)national productions: Collaborations with Tanztheater Homunculus, DANS.KIAS, WUT, Simon Frearson, Peter Gruber, ortszeit and superamas. In addition to her work as a training director for dancer and actor ensembles, she took over rehearsal management for the Vienna State Opera Ballet and the Vienna Theatre Museum and teaches yoga as well as dance and movement improvisation. In "Fugen" she takes over the choreographic assistance for performance.

In August 2019 the Construction Choir Collective (CCC) was founded as a part of a city lab. The constantly growing choir consists of students from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and artists external to university, to overcome the limits set by an university bubble. Flexibility, solidarity and openness characterises the choir and its interdisciplinary art practices.

Antonio Fian

Antonio Fian, born in Klagenfurt in 1956, lives in Vienna since 1976. He is the author of novels, short stories, essays, poems and the dramolets. For his work he was awarded the Austrian State Prize for Cultural Journalism (1990), as well as the Johann-Beer Literaturpreis (2009), the Humbert-Fink-Literaturpreis (2014) and the Reinhard-Priessnitz-Preis (2018). With his novel “Das Polykrates-Syndrom” he was on the longlist for the German Book Prize. Most recently, the poetry collection “Mach es wie die Eieruhr” (2018) and the story collection “Nachrichten aus einem toten Hochhaus” (2020) were published. Fian is part of 21OOC as dramaturg for "Kismet and Masen".

Ditsch

Heinz Ditsch

The Viennese musician Heinz Ditsch composes music for contemporary theatre and dance productions as well as for (short) films, was a member of the band "Franz Franz & The Melody Boys" with his bassoon between 1986 - 94 and has been a member of the Wienerlied-Band "Kollegium Kalksburg" (accordion; current programme: "nur nix neiches") since 1996. He also curates the dance portraits "room to move" and "Polka Nova" (new folk music) at the Jazzclub Porgy&Bess and is the organiser of "dicht!"- musical poets, poetic musicians. For the 21OOC production "Kismet and Masen" he received the composition commission from netzzeit.

Agovi

Branimir Agovi

The Albanian-born singer Branimir Agovi completed his vocal studies and operetta at the MUK Vienna. One of his first leading roles was in 2016 in "Der Fensterputzer von Monte Carlo" by Hilde Loewe/Henry Love at EntArteOpera and in the same year he made his debut as Remendado in "Carmen" at Kulturglashaus Völkermarkt. Since 2015, the baritone has appeared on many stages in operas and operettas in German-speaking countries, such as the Stadttheater Baden, the Radiokulturhaus, the Theater Akzent, and at the Kittsee Summer Festival. He also performed as a soloist in Leonard Bernstein's mass at the Vienna Musikverein and in 2020 played the role of Dr. Falke in "Die Fledermaus" on a major tour through Austria, Switzerland and Germany. He has also performed several times in his home country Albania. In the course of the 21OOC, Branimir participates as a performer in "Kismet and Masen". 

Kayacik

Aykut Kayacik

Aykut Kayacik came to acting by chance. After his first theatre workshop, he has obtained employment from Kinder- und Jugendtheater Schauburg in Munich. As a result he abandoned his architecture studies and back to Berlin took private lessons in acting, speech training and singing. In addition to numerous activities on various theatre stages, such as the Baracke of the Deutsches Theater and the Theater am Kudamm Aykut is also known from film and television. He founded his own theatre group "Tausend und eine Ausnahme", is co-founder of a production company called "mpool" and writes his own scripts, plays and, together with Axel Witte, his first revue. The shared passion with his daughter for good and regional food gave the impuls to found the street food company "Vater & Tochter" in 2017. In "Kismet und Masen" he plays Ayman Berber. aykut kayacik

Bleiber­schnig

Stefan Bleiber­schnig

Born in Carinthia, he joined the Wiener Sängerknaben at the age of 9. As a soloist with them he sang in renowned houses around the world. Later he participated in choirs such as the Chorus Viennensis and the Concentus Vocalis. He graduated in 2010 with a degree in Musikalisches Unterhaltungstheater from the Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität. During his studies he performed in Anything Goes, Pirates of Penzance, Die Dreigroschenoper and Fame in the ensemble and in leading roles. He has performed in Laxenburg at the Summer Festival, the Vienna Metropol, the Ronacher and the Vienna Volksoper, among others. He also appeared in the movies "Der nackte Wahnsinn" and "Gelbe Tage". Upon "Whatever Works" and "Liebe Hoch 16" the musical comedian "Kismet und Masen" is the 3rd production in which Stefan works together with netzzeit.

Schörg

Regina Schörg

In addition to her work as a soprano, the Viennese holds master classes and breathing seminars as a vocal coach, is the founder of the KinderOpernWerkstatt, as well as the production manager of the Oper@tee ensemble, for which she also works as a director. Schörg completed her vocal studies at the Vienna Konservatorium. After her first engagement (from 1992) at the Landestheater Linz, she was an ensemble member of the Wiener Volksoper until 1999. During this time, she already performed at the Vienna State Opera, where she had her big breakthrough in 1999 with Halévy's opera La Juive as Princess Eudoxie. Since then, she has appeared in renowned Viennese concert halls and invitations to the Salzburg Festspiele, Berlin, Hamburg, Barcelona, Paris, Bilbao, Sydney and San Francisco have followed. She has already performed with many renowned orchestras, including the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra and the Vienna RSO. The successful collaboration with netzzeit, which began in 2017 with "Liebe Hoch 16", will continue in 2021 with "Kismet und Masen". reginaschoerg

Okan Cömert

Okan Cömert, born in Tübingen, completed his acting studies at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in 2015. From 2014 - 2018 he was a guest actor at the Munich Volkstheater. Following productions took him to the Landestheater Vorarlberg in Bregenz, Theater im Rabenhof and Theater in der Drachengasse. At the Volkstheater in Vienna he worked with Felix Hafner. In 2017 he had his musical debut with "Liebe Hoch 16". This was followed by a permanent engagement at the Theater der Jugend. From 2016 - 2018 he played the main roles at the Stockerau Festival such as Truffaldino from "Der Diener zweier Herren" and "Lumpazivagabundus" from Lumpazivagabundus. In summer 2019 he was the leading actor in Michael Niavarani's play "Manche mögens Verschleihert" at the Kulturfabrik Helfenberg. In summer 2020 he embodied "Karl Kraus" in Paulus Manker's production of "Die letzten Tage der Menschheit". After "Liebe Hoch 16", "Kismet und Masen" is the 2nd netzzeit production in which Okan is involved.

Ernst Gabriel Vokurek

He is an actor, singer and dancer. Born in Vienna, he has been working in theatre, dance and musical for over 20 years now. In addition to various film and television appearances, he has worked as (co-)choreographer on Pinocchio (Theater der Jugend), Peter Pan, the musical Fame and Krawutzi Kaputzi (Vindobona, 2019), which in cooperation with Leo Bauer was directed by him. He also appeared in The Jungle Book in the role of Mogli, in West Side Story as Diesel (Stadttheater Bern/Stadttheater Mainz), in Jesus Christ Superstar as Simon (Musicalfestival Bruck/Leitha, Oper Graz), in Sweeney Todd as Mr. Fogg (Oper Graz), in Krawutzi Kaputzi as Ötzgül, and many more. Television appearances have included Dancing Stars, Musical - Die Show and Starnacht, as well as Tom Turbo, Wenn die Musi spielt and Starlight. In "Kismet and Masen" he plays a police officer.

Cabak

Vladimir Cabak

Cabak was born and raised in Montenegro, where he entered the world of music already as a child. He won prizes at competitions such as Bruna Spiler in Montenegro and Nikola Cvejic in Serbia. Since 2015 he lives in Vienna and studies singing at the University of Music and Performing Arts. He has performed both as a soloist and as an ensemble and chorus singer in various (inter)national concert halls and opera houses, where he has worked with renowned artists and directors. He made his role debut as Monostatos in the „Zauberflöte”, since then he has been intensively engaged in Mozart roles. In addition to his extensive song repertoire and after several recitals, he has performed the roles of Monostatos, Don Basilio (W. A. Mozart) and Staudinger (Diwiak/Ferek-Petric), among others. He co-founded the quartet "Boureque" and is part of the Arnold Schönberg Choir. In "Kismet und Masen" he plays the lotto-millionaire Kader Kismet.

Eskandari

Setareh Eskandari

Setareh, born in Dubai in 2000, has been taking singing lessons since the age of 8. She studies musical at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and performs regularly as a stand-up comedian. At the age of 8 she already took part in ORF Okidoki productions. She attended the ORG of the Wiener Sängerknaben and was thus a member of the Chorus Juventus. Performances followed at the Salzburger Festspielhaus and Mozarteum, MuTh, and many more. For 11 years she has sung with the Youth Choir of the Vienna State Opera. Her most successful performances include the Herzkönigin in "Alice in Wonderland", the female lead role in "Around the World in 80 Days" and the title role in "The Arab Princess" (Vienna State Opera, 2018). In 2019 she was awarded the Golden Bird at the Papageno Awards. As Meltem she is part of "Kismet and Masen".

Mit Beginn der Saison 2018/2019 hat Bas Wiegers die Aufgabe des Ersten Gastdirigenten von Sylvain Cambreling übernommen, der dem Ensemble als Erster Gastdirigent emeritus verbunden bleibt.
